Does my school need to use FieldFlow for me to use it?
No. FieldFlow is a personal organizer you own. You sign up, set your hour goal, and start tracking. Your school does not need a license or even know you're using it.
My school uses MediTrek, Tevera, or InPlace. Can I still use FieldFlow?
Yes — and many students do. MediTrek, Tevera, and InPlace are administrative platforms your field office uses to manage placements and compliance documents. FieldFlow is your personal tool for day-to-day organization: tracking your hours, preparing for supervision, reflecting on your learning, and staying ahead of deadlines. They serve completely different purposes, and using FieldFlow alongside your school's required system is exactly how it's designed to work.
Can I enter notes from supervision sessions?
Yes — but please remember that FieldFlow is a personal organizer, not a clinical record system. Never enter client names, identifying information, diagnoses, or any protected health information. Use it to track session dates, your questions, and your own professional reflections.
What is the difference between the Free and Pro plans?
During the private beta, all features are available to test. When we launch fully, Free will include basic hour tracking and limited assignments, while Pro unlocks unlimited logging, the supervision organizer, competency tracking, weekly reflections, and progress reports. Beta testers who upgrade to Pro will be grandfathered in at the beta price.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You won't be charged again, and you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data after I graduate?
Your data stays in your account. You can export your hours log and reflection history at any time. We won't delete your data without giving you advance notice and an export option.
